  1.   2015+ Hellcat/392 Challenger Automatic 9-Inch Direct Bolt-in Rear Conversion Kit -includes Axles / Hubs and 4'' Aluminum CV shaft ////// DIRECT BOLT-IN KIT\\\\\\  
    The Driveshaft Shop Hellcat/392 Challenger Automatic 9" DIRECT BOLT IN Rear Conversion is now a reality.


    The kit will come complete with 9" rear housing (bare housing), front mount,1400HP rated 31,33 OR 35 spline diff stubs and true 1400HP axles . The outer CV is a Extreme built Billet CV with fully REM polished internals along with a Porsche style 930 inner CV. We have custom made the internals of these CV's to use the larger center bar that is the strongest tested part on the market today and is used (not claimed) in each and every 9,8,7 and even 6 second IRS record breaking car out today. You are able to pick the level of the Diff you want, when we made this kit we used a .375 spacer on the front mount, this spacer will allow the use of a simple Nodular or Forged Aluminum case right up to the Pro-Bolt thru case with out having to change anything (the pro-cases are longer, just remove the spacer and its ready)

    This, along with our full 4" aluminum (or a 600.00 Carbon upgrade) This is not the smaller 1330 that is offered by a another manufacturer's rear conversion), balanced on our new 9500RPM balancer. A quick word about balancing; we have......

    Note: The DSS 9" kits are designed for use with the Strange center section and 5-bolt pinion support. If you are using a center section from a different manufacturer, modifications may be necessary and you are on your own. We cannot guarantee fitment for any center section other than the Strange 5-bolt unit.

    The Driveshaft Shop 2015+ Charger Hellcat / 392 SRT8 Automatic 9" DIRECT BOLT IN Rear Conversion is now a reality.

  3.   PONTIAC 2004-2006 GTO 1000HP 300m Anti-Wheelhop Axle Kit with 300m 108mm Bolt-on Inner Stubs  
    Reasons to use DSS axles:

    1. Full certified 300m center bars (not just 28 spline like the others). There is a reason the Viper T56 uses a 30 spline and its the reason we do too.

    2. Certified 4340AQ cages with re-designed radius on the CV cage windows.
    Others will try to impress you with saying chromoly is a weaker part for the center bar (we have always used 300m and 4340) but uses it on their cages, we're not sure how most dont see thru this, but our cages are full 4340AQ. You decide.

    3. Our center race in the CV is certified 300m, this should need no explanation, no one else uses this and we can prove it...

    4. Rolled splines on our axle bars. Most know that a forging is always stronger than billet. Here at The Driveshaft Shop we roll our splines, this is by far the strongest way to form a spline and is far superior to cut splines (old technology).

  4.   2008-2010 Pontiac G8 / CHEVY SS / Holden Commodore VE 6-Speed Manual 9" Pro-formed 9" kit (new style with larger bushings and more)  
    The Drive Shaft shop is proud to announce the release of the new Generation V2 Pontiac G8 / Holden Commodore VE 9" Rear Conversion Kit. This system has been designed and built specifically for the Camaro platform. The new version has been updated to be a more street friendly version. First, we have changed over to using a new "Pro-Formed" Rear housing. It may have the looks of a fabricated housing, but in the true DSS way of making parts its a lot better. It is a press formed housing with less welds than a fabricated housing (eliminating the issues with fully welded housings). We have also moved the housing down and back a bit so that any Diff Case can be mounted without clearance issues.
    When we first made this kit it was for the "Baddest" cars out there (the DSS 9" kit is in all the 7 and 8 second 5th gen Camaros out to date), we were using almost solid bushings, we positioned the housing up to the gas tank as far as we could get the axle angle correct, and designed the 1st gen kit to use the Nodular case. But not anymore.

If you are using a center section from a different manufacturer, modifications may be necessary and you are on your own.     So what did DSS do to make this set of axles the best option available?
    First we started with both the inner and outer splines going into the Hub and the Differential. We have been working with Ovaco steel out of Sweden and they came up with a material called Ovaco 300 that has been used by DSS in each and every IRS/CV driven world record breaking car to date (includes Mark Carlyle’s amazing Vette running 6.82 with a 1.1 60ft time and many other cars in the 7's ,8's and 9's also).
