    1. Full 30 spline certified 300M center bars (not just 28 spline like a factory 108mm CV would use) 30 spline like the Viper T56 and any upgraded T56 its the reason we do too. If the cages are stronger the bars need to be also (same center bar used in Lingenfelter's 6-speed car)

    2. Certified 4340AQ cages REM polished with a re-designed radius on the cage window, cages are full 4340 not the standard material that have been carbonized and made brittle.

    3. Our Center race in the CV is certified 300M, this should need no explanation, no one else uses this and we can prove it.....

    4. CNC Rolled splines. Most know a forging is always stronger than billet. Here at The Driveshaft shop we roll our axle splines, this is by far the strongest way to form a spline and is far superior to "old technology" cut splines. by rolling a spline you are taking the material that was already there and re-forming it (forging). by cutting a spline you are removing material and the inherent grain structure that its made with. Don't take our word for this, please search the internet and see what spline is better. If your looking for the strongest axle you have arrived at the right place.

  9.   2007-2013 Holden Commodore VE Ute Automatic 9" Pro-formed 9" kit (new style with larger bushings and more)  
    The Drive Shaft shop is proud to announce the release of the new Generation V2 Holden Commodore VE Ute 9" Rear Conversion Kit. This system has been designed and built specifically for the Camaro platform. The new version has been updated to be a more street friendly version. First, we have changed over to using a new "Pro-Formed" Rear housing. It may have the looks of a fabricated housing, but in the true DSS way of making parts its a lot better. It is a press formed housing with less welds than a fabricated housing (eliminating the issues with fully welded housings). We have also moved the housing down and back a bit so that any Diff Case can be mounted without clearance issues.
    When we first made this kit it was for the "Baddest" cars out there (the DSS 9" kit is in all the 7 and 8 second 5th gen Camaros out to date), we were using almost solid bushings, we positioned the housing up to the gas tank as far as we could get the axle angle correct, and designed the 1st gen kit to use the Nodular case. But not anymore.

    The DSS 9" kits are designed for use with the Strange center section and 5-bolt pinion support. If you are using a center section from a different manufacturer, modifications may be necessary and you are on your own.
