When doing swaps you need some one that will first understand things like this, how must power and torque will the car see ? How does the weight of the car affect these numbers ? If the car has 3-6 inches of travel how much does the axle need to move in and out. We have even noticed on some domestic made custom rears that are using a rear axle shortened to hold a Porsche style inner c.v. (108mm in particular) but there is not enough clearance to the flange side to clear the c.v. cage, we take all these things into consideration when making these axle for you.
